Data on the product pages are typical values taken from the manufacturers' technical data sheets (TDS) and literature at the time of publication; they are not acceptance specifications or a guarantee of results in use. Technical articles, pre-changeover checklists and answers in the FAQ sections are general in nature; selecting and using a product for a specific machine must be based on an engineer's assessment of the actual operating conditions, the machine builder's documents and the current TDS and SDS. Hop Tien updates the content regularly but does not warrant that the website is free of errors; where there is a discrepancy, the manufacturer's TDS and SDS prevail.
Product and service information on the website does not constitute a binding offer. Prices, availability, delivery times and commercial terms are set out in the quotation and contract between Hop Tien and the customer. The website has no online ordering function.
LUBRIZOL, CPI, EMKARATE, SOLEST, PARATHERM, LUBCON, FUCHS, CASSIDA and YAMAUCHI are trademarks of their respective owners; Hop Tien uses them as an authorized distributor and under its agreement with each manufacturer. Product names of other manufacturers (Mobil, Shell, Klüber and others) are mentioned only to identify the product a customer is using when considering a changeover; Hop Tien does not distribute them, is not affiliated with those manufacturers and is not sponsored or endorsed by them. Information on those products comes from the manufacturers' public documents and is for reference only.
Articles, images, diagrams and data structures on the website are the copyright of Hop Tien or are used under license from the manufacturers. You may view, print and quote them for internal reference with attribution; you may not copy them for republication, commercial use or automated data collection without Hop Tien's written consent.
Images of the distribution authorization certificates are shown for viewing with signatures, signatory names and validity dates blurred. The current valid copy is sent to customers on request for audit files. The manufacturer's TDS (English) is sent automatically by email after you fill in a form; SDS, CoA per batch, CO/CQ and copies of NSF registrations are sent within 24 working hours.
The website may link to manufacturers' websites, Zalo and Google Maps. Hop Tien is not responsible for the content and policies of those websites.
