Yarn quality depends directly on the drafting system, where the aprons and cots touch the fiber. Hop Tien advises on hardness, size and surface type for each fiber (cotton, polyester, blends, viscose) and mill conditions (temperature, humidity, speed), rather than selling by old item code.

Aprons and cots are made to order to the exact specification of each machine and fiber, so the mill receives the hardness, size and surface agreed with Hop Tien technicians rather than choosing from what happens to be in stock. YAMAUCHI's apron and cot plant is in Malaysia, within the region, so lead times are short and flexible per order; Hop Tien plans orders around the mill's replacement schedule so goods arrive before the change; items are ordered to the machine and delivered with a certificate of origin (CO) and the manufacturer's quality certificate. For the lead time of a specific item, contact a Hop Tien sales representative. Hop Tien technicians measure and advise in the mill, guide installation and follow up yarn quality after the change.
